I think money management is another important part of forex trading that you must be aware about money management system. Before starting real trading you must need to know all about money management system that with forex trading money management is very important because without money forex is quit impossible. And for that you have to manage your all money yourself and that should be proper way that when you lose then you may stay on market with full strength.

this is not a bad idea. every time we found that we make some profit in one month but give loss in other month or latter. so it is a good way to make money from forex with out giving loss. in this system any one can make money for year after year without any fear of losing account and any tension in his trading. it also required small amount of time. i will try it very soon. at least it is a hope to make money from forex.

I somehow tend to agree with you , however these are not myths because there are lot of successful traders who actually follow this but then their capital invested is HUGE and so they can afford to trad with big lots and yet follow these rules . Smaller stop loss or too tight stop loss placement is very risky as most of the times it will get hit and even if you trade is right the trade will close due to placing too tight stop loss. Also with less capital 1% or 2 % risk hardly allows you to trade good or make some profits so its not good for traders with good plan .Also if traders trade good then they can focus on less pips with more lot size and make way much more money .
