You had given so nice advice especially for newbie like me. It is right that many traders failed because of they didn't make right money management, means to minimize their risk in losing all of their money.
But really I find myself, it is very hard to obey my trading system. More over when I continue to stare at the monitor screen when trading online.

Yes I, am agree that it pays if you stick to your strategies and the extending stops in hope that the market will come back is the bit mistake we make often. If you have money management. You wont get margin call easily. Money management is still not enough. You need risk management. Without risk management you will find difficulty get profit...................

Stop/loss orders allow traders to set an exit point for a losing trade. If you are short a currency pair, the stop/loss order should be placed above the current market price. If you are long the currency pair, the stop/loss order should be placed below the current market price. Stop/loss orders help traders control risk by capping losses. Stop/loss orders are counter-intuitive because you do not want them to be hit; however, you will be happy that you placed them! When logic dictates, you can control greed.

will we changes our trading management after we read and learn risk management, or we still trade following our plan even the plan is not meet with the rules of risk management ? sometime to changes the system need a good comitment to do especially if the system is better, we leave greedy plan and trade with risk management.

risk management is most beneficial tool and we should use it wisely short traders should set it below immediate support for buy trades and above immediate resistance for sell trades or below the previous swing lo wso we dont lose big if tdwde goes wrong way and alsos top olss dont get trigger until there is sentimental change.

i agrea, with you that the risk management is one of the most and preferable way to make your secure pips, only by this way a trader can have

the proper discipline to use his money as the best security, such the trader must get good result to play more trades and earn dollers.
