loss or profit to forex main hota hi rahta hai.
jese profit hone par bi ham hamari trading continue rakhte hai usi trah hame loss main bi trading karte rhana chahiye.
balki hone waali galtiyo se hame sikhte huye traading karni chahiye.

you should not stop trading if you loss today it doesnot means that you will not win next time.... If you are begineerr then start with demo account learn practise do analysis... should analyse you mistakes because of whic you have loss... create strategy how will you winn... this is the way to do it... forex needs time..
