I think when we are facing the complex problems in the trade, we should remain calm and focused, do not let your emotions and anger arises in our mind, we have made a trade plan, then we can use the plan B if plan A has failed, and perhaps with a mind that stays cool, we can do all that well.

for me, i always try is to keep the concentration and create a peaceful heart in order to perform calmly and not in a hurry. it is hard for me to face is the emotional factor.that's my experience may be useful for all traders here.
