I think both are the same with less and more features. I heard that some features don't work on mt5 like hedging.mt5 has an aditional time frame. This is a 21 time frame but MT4 only has 9 time frame.mt5 has an inbuilt forex calender. And ofcourse MT5 has more built-in indicators.
