According to my analysis i think news trading is the best trading strategy for all of Forex traders because that time market have high fluctuation for this reason trader can enter into this market with good direction and can easily exit from this market.

This is one of a good example which is worth mentioning.
Alot of people have asked me, Ezekiel � How do you trade the news?
My answer is simple: I rarely trade the news. and i go on by saying that i will usually avoid taking trades when the high / medium impact news is coming in 2 hrs time. And i would only enter the trade AFTER a minimum of 10 minutes when the news is announced.
Why people may say. Trading the news can make you fast money.
Yes it does. But trading the news will NOT make you consistent money. Nor will it make you a full time trader.
Besides its Risky and its like you are laying your stakes in the hand of god.

If you ask me, i prefer trading safe and trading with a plan. I do not like to leave my fate of the trade on luck by predicting the outcome of the news.
Which is why i do not trade 2hrs before hand for any affecting pair.
In the chart above, forex pair: GBP CAD
There is an upcoming news on the GBP in 48 mins time.
I spotted the pin bar before hand , but i didn�t take the trade.
Because Rule no. 1: Do not take trades that have news impact with a buffer of at least 2hrs advance.
So what we can see from the chart is that the market has gone wild, and people are expecting good news on the GBP which resulted in the spike of any GBP pairs.
Had we taken the trade, we would have gotten stop out and made a loss.

There is something i don`t understand about news trading. Why is that sometimes a news will come out and points towards a direction but when i go that direction, it reverses to the other direction. is the market waiting for me to enter b4 it reverses?

Yes, I agree with you Ezakiel. There is no point of depending on your luck while you are trading at Forex. Let us not do that but let us trade properly with the support of indicators. Thanks for your wonderful article. Keep them coming.

thing the best method is you have to point the high and low before the news and place your buy stop above the high and sell stop below the low and use tight stoploss for them in case there will be some sharp moves you will quit very fast.but if it will hit any of that points very sharply then you can make good profit and it is safe since you will use tight stop loose if it will not work.you may try

news trading is one of the easiest way to earn pips within little moment. on the other hand it has a great risk also. before publishing any high impact news i put my pending order on both buy and sell position. my order is executed when market moves in one direction. i always set my pending order by watching support and resistance level.

I prefer to trade on the news, here we only need a fundamental analysis based on the news that will be released, and set a trap. With this strategy could yield hundreds of pips.

Practice in demo is the best solution. Always. it does not matter if you going to trade a good strategy or using a simple strategy or complicated strategy. what matter is that you going to try to trade in demo account and practice and enhance your timing. In this way you can earn good amount of money without any problem at all. I'm happy that some how I'm earning good in forex trading. But its because I spend two months trading and learning in demo full time and even so I still encounter some loses sometimes.
