Actually not.. because involving any kind of emotion is dangerous for your trading.. you need to trade free from greed, fear, anger etc.. only then you can wish to make some profits from your trading.. as long as you have fear, no strategy will work on you.. because of fear you cant analyze, trade or do anything properly in your trading..

fear is a negative emotion and it can never bring good. due to fear of losing a trader cant concentrte and do wrong analysis and wrong calls obviously the trade will be bad.

Fear is not harmful if you had risk management to prevent big losses or margin call in single transaction.
It will be more harmful if you're fear to open position because you won't get any experiences about how to trade well

fear can make a trader to be careful and not careless. although it's risky, it's still profitable. though some people will back out after a loss, it is necessary that we find out where the flaw in our strategy is correct it and then trade on.

Just trust on your indicators,when you has got to be immediately when your strategy says you should enter or leave. If your strategy has confirmation built in, then by all means, as soon as confirmation is done, you should enter.

ofcourse we can use fear to escape from margin call, example, if you are in doubt about market movement, and you fear if you entry you just getting lose, so you stay away from market, and waiting for only strong signal
