I think all the TF is very good, you have to adjust the strategy you use, if you want to follow the direction of the trend, then you use the TF is high but if you are happy with scalping techniques then use a small TF

hello my dear friend, we don't confuse about it, all time frames are smart therefore we have to understand and remember all out of them, they will have their very own function. i'm a scalper however i exploit all time frames and it also makes me get a lot of info. and this is vital for my trading, and that i guess it's wrong concept if we use one out of them as favorite

To get the best result in our trading its better to combine several timeframe on our trading strategy, bigger timeframe like D1 and W1 to detect major trend, then we can make an entry on the smaller timeframe like H4 or H1. This strategy is really profitable.

I want to say TF15M or TF30M, but it is depend on how well we trade with that TF, if we feel so comfort trade with TF1H and really make money with long term, so it is the best for each of us. just find out the best one after we practice in demo account.

well ..actually it's depend in your strategy and you trading system so if you scalper you will trade in small time frames like 5M or 15M and if you long term trader you will trade on big time frames for me i prefer trading on big time frames like 4H or 1D

Certainly that there is no the best period of your time for dealing, I think. Because it is rely on your stlyes a dealing. If you an competitives investors, scalping in 5minutes periodes of yours times will be excellent for you. But if you a average investors, not competitive but no traditional either, 30minutes-1hour period of your time maybe excellents for you. But if you a lengthy lasting investor, period of your time above 4hours may be appropriate for you !
