Forex trade time depend on your mind and profit taking.if youare aggresive and profational profit and margional level low than short time frame and low risk free trade then go for 10 to 20 mint spell frame time.and at the same of other hand you have enough experience and have many passion then observing market completely fowlloing the end step of market than try 1 hour time frame.All things are in your hand and control.

Certainly that there is no the best period of your time for dealing, I think. Because it is rely on your stlye dealing. If you an competitive investor, scalping in 5minutes period of your time will be excellent for you. But if you a average investors, not competitive but no traditional either, 30minutes-1hour period of yours times as maybe excellents for as you. But if you a lengthy lasting investor, period of your time above 4hours may be appropriate for you !
