Why in Forex there are so many who lose?

90 % traders loose here because FX trading seems very easy on the face, while actually it is very complicated. Even experienced traders loose patience and start trading in unknown waters n sink. Some after one loss come in revenge mode and increase lots and become out of margin. Some become overconfident and see a sure-shot opportunity n stake whole capital on it and loose all shirts n pants.

Lose is not caused by bad money management but bad money management will cause big losses. Profit and loss will happen if there is
no good analysis but good analysis without good money management will cause big losses or Margin Call in one transaction. It's no need
to be suprised if you lost in forex. But we must learn from mistakes in trading.

Due to the high leverage on Forex, beginners start to think that they can start with just a small amount of money and get millionaire in a short time span. Well, this is a huge mistake. If you use high leverage, you can double or triple your account in a short period of time. No question about that. However, you can also lose your entire account in less than a day. This is something most beginners forget about… If you increase your profit potential, you also increase your risk.
If you want to make money on Forex you need to protect your money. You need to use small leverage or no leverage at all.

very true this is the right I am very pleased with the forex business, because there laveragae facility that is provided by the broker, so even though we only have a little capital we can still make trades.

very true, every trader must have a dream to become a millionaire and I think this is okay for us to have, because in forex it can make us millionaires, but we must be conscious to be a millionaire is not easy, because memerluka long learning process.

I think many traders fail in forex trading because of the lack of proper knowledge. You can not be a good trader over-night. You can not earn huge profits from forex and be rich quick. These are the two main factors that allow the downfall of so many in forex trading. Share your opinions with me...

I think Forex is not for all because it require a strong base of knowledge, skill and expertise. Everybody does not possess these qualities. Therefore, only the quality people are able to do profit.

For simple reason as most of the people lack common sense so they really cant avoid silly mistakes and try to take gambles but most of them fails badly.

we must know the cause of the loss that always occurs on each trade, and we are trying to find the best solution to solve it, of course, with re-examine the system or strategy that we have.
