you know guys what i believe in forex myself and market these 2 we need to fight against.my emotion making me cut my profit and if i am against trend it will kill me.how i control myself is i open a trade in 4 hr and put sl and tp.and i close my trading platform.i watch market after every 4hr.you guys can try this hope it will be helpfull

The real enemy for crashing your account is yourself. But beware, your best friend as well can be your enemy.
