Why are we opposed to ourselves? That is not true. If you do, you will continue to blame yourself. Emotions are also not enemies, because emotions are part of our personality as normal human beings. First of all we have to believe in ourselves before we can trade, otherwise we will be afraid to put the trade because we will not be able to trust ourselves and in other for us to grow our confidence, we have to train hard in demo account so that we can improve our trading skills. and you may always target for a small take profit like 10 pips. but this will not always help you to protect yourself from losing. There are some traders who always put small targets and big stoploos. But they still can not benefit. If you win 5 positions with a target of 10 pips and loose one loose 50 pips and the result is zero

I want to say that trading with cold thoughts is a good way but profits will be lost, frustration controls the mind and the other side also loses. Too much trust can not help us always and we should not wait to get too much profit (greed) and that leads to a lost evasion. and, we are guilty of any losses we have in forex because we can not control ourselves and make mistakes again and again. building control in our minds needs to avoid losing. to be a professional trader we must avoid all the bad things for our lives.
