Only good strategy isn't enough to save ourselves from tension and depression, we need to apply SL and TP in every position and we must use the small lot for every trade, it will help you to be relax even after open a poor position because your SL will save you from big loss.

Getting money from the forex is not easy and if some one will try to get the money with big lots then i am sure he will lose some other money easily because this is the place where one should take less risk but for more reward.

every trader suffer from tension , depression , and fear. these are the parts of the forex. without thses parts there is no trading. becasue we are human being and so these factors will always exist

ya never take too many risk in trading so that you suffer from depression fear and tension. if you dont take too much risk then there will be less tension and fear of lossing money
