Scalping, Day Trading or Swing Trading?

scalping is a targets with a small few pips like 5 pips , day trading is targets with 50 pip and more , swing trading means one positions holding for some days or even some weeks

I see that the target profit i think its more of the timeline, you actually able to target 50 pips by doing scalping, but you have to close and open it quickly, 10 pips target that closed after a day will be called an intraday trading too !!!

For me I like to strip the scalp and also a lot of speculation is very sharp .. I do not like Swing and deals that last hours and days, it affects the nerves and be a big loss ...

What are the most profitable strategy is dependent on the ability of traders who use strategy, indeed I have often heard that traders who use scalping strategies often get loss. but not all traders who use scalping strategies as such, many of those who got the profit of the strategy ....

there is every style of trading profits, respectively. scalping is good for traders who have little time. long time is good for traders who have strong capital and able to withstand a large floating. daily for traders who have enough free time. so any style of trading has the advantage of each individual.

Scalping is one of the best tools in treading always specaly for those people who have no huge time but as you said it give you a good profit that also true but you should think about you need a good amount of back up capital if price goes opposite

i am a day trader and i aim for only 30pips per trade.but each kind of trader is unique and we cant tell any type of trading style is not good.
atlast only final profit counts and not the style.Choose the style which you like the most.

that is cool.this target is enough for a part time trader.But the profit can be big only if you use a big lot size.if you use 1 ifx lot then 300 pips per month (ie $300 profit per month) is good.

(balance/1500=lot size ) ? why 1500? this kind of strategy is good only big amounts like 10k.but for example if i have $100 then ($100/1500=0.06) so 0.06 is my lot? omg the profit will be so small that it can be almost negotiable.

yes 10$ is very small,but if one wants to trade risk free,then it will be useful.a skilled trader can make $10 into hundreds and thousands. but for one to trade fast with $10 and make big profits,scalping will be more preferable.

in my view in scalping trading opening trade whole day is not good idea.
we should have stop loss in scalping trading also.
some time price will not come in again buy price in this case we got big loss.

Scalping the trader need to be very alert to the movements and also cannot freeze also inaction when it goes against him. You must take an casual reduction within a trade and also move ahead with the next trade.
