due to some resion i uninstall mt4 and i delete all file from c drive and install new copy of mt4 terminal but i got my all old mt4 setting. same chart looking, indicators etc...
but why i got my old mt4 settings..
i want a fresh copy in my system..what i do...?

i delete my all temperary file and unstall mt4 and mt4 folder from c drive...but prob is same...if this is not solved than we have only one way...formate the harddisk..
I think one should check about it with the broker itself. they can help you this. may be after installing it may update things automatically at certain predetermined intervals. i have seen new updates happening, may be one should give it a chance.
search a software called CC cleaner, do a registry clean up, dont forget to delete the rest of MT4 folder, by doing so you will have a fresh MT4, if that doesnt succeed then you have to reinstall fresh copy of windows

No problem you uninstall from control panel then add remove program and then uninstall mt4. After that go to C drive and then click windows and then open Prefetch folder and then delete all files in this folder. I think next time no problem will occur.
that is a nice suggestion to solve the problem. you seem to be a technical person. could you tell me in brief what exactly this prefetch folder contains? and how that works.
You may delete the related folders in c drive after un install. If you still face this problem, then try to restore to earlier time. If you face this again, then format your system.
I've faced the similar problem. I think it would better to use any specialized uninstalling software like "Advanced Uninstaller Pro" to uninstall clear-cut way. This software helps to find out remaining files and folder at the registry and other places of the PC. If this system doesn't work then you need to install a fresh copy of OS with your PC.
