Which trends do you think is best for us to follow?

well me toolike scalping ..but its simple and easy to earn i mostly take m5 m15 or m30because hey are best suited for me but for gold i mostly take the m30 its very helpful

well friend if you doing scalping then your time frame is good...but i dont know your trading style.
as per my knowledge for scalping trading need a good trading experience and strategy. if your analyses and strategy strong then you can make good profit more then 2-3pips.
many trader trade in the direction of trend in scalping also. its good way for trading. we can use some indicator that give the direction of trend.

I am using the M15 chart system as this gives a better understanding for the medium term trade orders which have to be executed on a particular market timings.

i think M1 is the best to entry in ther trade and then for long duration H1 is the best to check, H4 can be a also a one for long but H1 will be good
