The worst times to trade Forex are when we are in a bad mood or have faced successive losses and are feeling worked-up, or when the Forex market is ranging or consolidating and the trend is hard to decipher.

Fore long term traders there is nothing like worst time to do trading , as they place an order with more than one day time targeting good amount of profit there time will always help them. Hence i do not see any time as worst for me, instead i just do analysis place order on market and wait for the profits.

i according to my point worst time of trading.trading in night becuse night time fluctuation is very less in most of currency and you cant earn profit in night just waste of time trading in night always do trading in day time if you wanna earn profit.

it depends where you live if you live in east Asia then the night time is the 2nd best time to trade because it is the U.S. session.
but if you live in European zone then the night time is indeed the most quiet time because it is the Asian session.

Mainly Bank Holidays, Friday, Christmas Day and other international festivals which are effected on trade market, that are the worst time to trade in Forex.

from my experience using bigger time frame for trading, the worst time was when we out of patience waiting the right momentum to enter the market. once this happen, usually we will start to act rushly and forget our own rules, and finally will lead us to more losses.

the worst time in forex trading is coming in all week and that is Friday and monday when market is open just or just to be close. ya do not trade on friday if you are a newbie.
second one is when news is coming then do not trade.
and the third one is on festival like chiristmas, diwali or new year.
this all are the worst day in forex trading.

yes I think that trading in the first day of the week to be rather difficult because the trends are not known yet , and also in the last day of the week there is a fear of any gap in prices will cause some losses , so I advise to trade during the peak days, a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
