High leverage lead to higher loss???

I think high leverage is suitable only for experience traders. Because when the leverage is high we can open larger traders. But if the transaction is going against you we may loose quickly (since the pip value is high). So for a beginners like us it is very risky to use high leverage and trade

this is one way true ..but we have full control of our trading volume and risk level ..if we don;t use high volume then i think high leverage is not a problem ..using high leverage and using high risk level which is fully personal mentality then we don't blame it to high leverage

We must know how to use these attacks, much as will ever need to control the trade in these cases, because of the idea or dream of getting more money can tear down their accounts because of the use of large lot size.

Hey dude I presume that using high leverage is so much profitable for trading in forex market but i also consider that high leverage also can make big loss in trading if the trader have not enough knowledge and experience about forex market.

Big lot size leads to higher losses as you have pointed out, but using of the highest leverage in forex trading business can as well make a forex trader to risk a higher part of his account balance in their trades.

When one uses high leverage i think its a good ideal to maximise capital but he has to have good money management skills to back it up.

That is not our low or high leverages only which will determine our risk in trading but also our high or low lot size. As I knew, higher leverages will be lower risk because the value is lower than if we used low leverages but how much lot size that we used, it will give impact how many dollars that we will gain in profit or we will lose. thanks everybody

I think not, if we do not use it the right way then it would not be a disaster for us. but if we do not use Money Management and risk management properly or use a lot of excessive loss is definitely going to haunt us.

I think the only reason that lead to losses is using high leverage due to greed of more profits. It is simple funda of forex trade more profit you want more risk you need to take, with low leverage you have liberty to wait for long and close your trade only in profit.
