High leverage lead to higher loss???

Leverage like blade with two side. at one side it will help you to entry market without using huge capital. Because we can borrow money from broker for make transaction at market. but at the other side we must understand and know. High leverage is danger if we do not have good money management, if you get floating with high leverage, it will make your equity have more balance to hold your possition. it means it will bring danger to your account if you do not have good decision about to close or let it in floating.

If one want to handle the trade by using the high leverage then he must have huge balance in his initial account so that he can make decisions of stop loss easily. By using small amount it is always result in the loss. better to avoid it.

i don't think higher leverage means high loss. it all depend on the trader himself/herself because the leverage is only a tool
that the forex broker give to its clients and all client are given the same option. so if the trader choose to use high leverage
then it is his/her own choice.

I think indeed a high leverage produce a high loss ,but alseo a high profit.If you your strategy or EA is good, then you should backtest it on demo.If it is working i see not reason why not trade with high leverage

i fyou think high leverage give you the great amount of money in shape of profit it is your misunderstanding in this situation if you get loss it will also in shape of high amount of money that may not suits you

I think taking high leverage is very risky for the traders.Since the market is totally uncertain,so if once it goes against the trade the traders have lose much money that they can never imagine.Actully taking low leverage is a part of successful trading strategy.
