What do you do when you loss?

forex is here because some many are losers and some are winners here. every body loses but only very experienced and those who have good strategy are the winners of this business.

Yes you are right we are here to earn something not only money, we earn some experience and trading strategy. Lose and profit goes together but I feel sad when I take lose and switch off my computer and have some rest for one to two days.

very true what you say that we need a vacation for more refreshing our minds for 5 days to trade, this is the way to enjoy life

thats while after working five day we got off of two days.
in two day we can refreshing our mind and may be we made some new paling for next week.
but when we god loss we take some rest from trading..and analyses the market again.

It is always good to track your mistakes and improve them before trading next in real account. I think you are doing mistakes in strategy or planning because if it would be an emotional mistake that can only be practiced in real account.

well you are right that it hurts at start but then by the time you can feel relax but yes losing is importnat as every one loses at times even how good trader you are as some big companies can also have losses so it is also depending how you manage your wins and losses and what you learn from losses.

Losses are a part of this trade and one must accept losses as the way they accept profits although they must always try to reduce their losses and must learn from their loss to gain more profits in future.

well loss is a pretty bad thing but everyone faces it some time or the other, for me when i loose the reality is tht i loose my temper , then the best thing i do is tht keep the trade aside have a nice time away from forex and then when m chilled then think abt where i went wrong and then try to avoid those mistakes next time
