is not as easy to control your emotions are spoken, but must be continuously trained. in forex trading the most influence on the emotional turmoil is when you use the most of your equity or more than 50% for trade entry in a real account. you will be nervous and your heart will beat faster and look forward to see the profit or loss that you will get. therefore, the use of funds or equity wisely can allow you to control your emotions.

therefore, funds should be used in a real account of your own money that is no longer needed. And if you lose the money if it will not affect your life and finances, so you will feel free to use it!

To control your emotion you have to have a plan which you have to have strict with it, anyway you cannot change your plan or do not break your plan. i think your emotion will remove by maintaing the proper plan about trading.

Emotion trading is a very bad strategy for traders, it may cause very bad effect for trading, to control your emotion you can stay strictly with a proper plan and a manual strategy. do not break or leave your plan and then you or emotion will not hamper of your trading.

Emotions are not easy to control they possible way is to make plan prior to trade and stick with that one is the only way that keep you away from greed.

Yes sticking to the plan always helps us to overcome effect of greed and fear on our trading results. Since the planning when we do there will not be market fluctuation involved and hence the plan will always free from emotions.
