Control emotions is the work that we traders should do it as well as possible in this business if we do not want to lose money because that . We should learn and find the way to fix it after we lose the control emotions .

Emotion in trading is a problem for newbie trader. To avoid emotion, I have some ideas:
1 - Plan a trade and trade the plan
2- Must follow the system. If your system alerts a Sell signal, SELL. If your system alerts a BUY signal, BUY. Do not enter any trade without any signal from your system.
3- Follow the money management

l think as long as the trader have a strong strategy and opens a position with strong signals then the emotions will get less also.when a trader make wins he will feel better and more confident.the emotions will come around mostly when the trader is keeping on loosing trades.controlling of emotions will be personal.it is all about controlling yourself not to do mistake.
