we can rest during open trading by setting stop loss and taking advantage in our trade but not good for rest while open trade. There are situations where we do not get a profit or stop at a loss, then we should take advantage with considerable profit. There's no way I can take the rest when my trade is open ... my mind is all in that direction when my trade is open. I always try to keep an eye on it when my trade is open also I follow the news so I can do my perfect move.
