It is true as it happens quite often and specially with internet connections here in India there would be huge losses if trades are open and in case of weak internet connection or failure the trade will run and will lead to losses.

One should always put Stop Loss to all their trades as it is a very very important tool to cut down your losses.It is important for all traders to do risk management and money management and put Stop Loss to all their trades and as it not only leads to less losses but also more profits.

Stop loss is there to limit the loss only and it will not guarantee you profits. It will help in proper money management but you will have to develop a very good system so that your order don't hit stop loss most of the time. If stop loss is being hit more, there is no benefit of using it.

sorry friend i am not agree with you ki hame sl sabi trade me use nahi krnaa chahiye..
me manta hu ki sl hame sbi trade me use krnaa chahiye..kabi kabi badi news ke karan market hamare accouriding nahi chaltaa hai..in this conditions we may be got margin call.
if you are confident about your analysis then put maximum value of sl but put SL
