The EURUSD retests

The EURUSD pair continues to fluctuate at the broken support of the bullish channel that appears on the chart, and the price keeps its stability below this resistance –located at 1.1140-, to keep the bearish trend scenario valid for the upcoming period, supported by the negative pressure formed by the EMA50, waiting to head towards 1.1060 that represents our main target.



On the other hand, we should note that breaching 1.1140 followed by 1.1180 levels will stop the expected decline and lead the price to resume the main bullish trend that its first target located at 1.1350.



The expected trading range for today is between 1.1060 support and 1.1200 resistance.

Yesterday, changes in the major USD/FX cross rates were again modest. There were no important data. US equites extended their record race. European equities took a breather. USD/JPY profited further from the risk-on but also from the rise in US and EMU yields. The pair closed at 109.95 (109.45 on Friday). EUR/USD gained only a few ticks, but Friday’s soft US payrolls eased the overall US bid and helped some EUR/USD bottoming. The pair closed at 1.1134 (from 1.1121 on Friday).

Just for info. eurusd 1.415 now and its falling lower, but arround 1.412 could be stronger support and possible
reversal because od reached intraday range. Regardles of waves (it seems now like end of Elliot Wave wave 3 intradaily),
and possible end of wave 5 arround 1.412, after possible correction, pair culd fall lower to target 1.39 in next days.
