Time frame : The science of effective Entry and Exit

I have come across many traders who do not exactly know the significance of different time frames. I am writing to this to spread the awareness about the same. Please read carefully and implement these. And make sure to follow the money management principles strictly.

Use your favourite time frame for trend analysis and then go to a time frame that is alternatively smaller than that time frame for entry and exit. After coming to smaller time frame use counter signals to enter.

This means that if you decide to Buy on a daily time frame chart, then you have to wait for a Sell signal on 1 hour chart. Consequently if you decide to Buy on 4 hour chart then you will wait for a sell signal to generate on a 30 minutes chart.

This can be done as Vice versa on Selling side as well.

This kind of entry will ensure that you enter a trend on a correction and do not get trapped in the reversals. So, even if trend reversal takes place you will little money.
