How much leverage should you use?

in this trading business i am using the leverage of 1/100 which is good one some experienced traders say that the leverage of 1/200 is good for trading using high leverage is not so good for this trading busines

brother forex trading mai leverage account k capital k hisab sey rakhi jati hy agr app k pass invesment zaida hy app ki leverage 1.600 tak tekh hy agr app ki invesment kaam hy app ki leverage 1.1000 hona chahy ye account k liye sai hay .

Leverage anything less then hundred because more than hundred is a very high leverage and you are going to lose and if you are a beginner then trade with with the small lot size is good as you are going to have a great chance that you will not able to handle the losses.

I think that the leverage 1/500 is very good for the traders , it helps a lot because it allows you to enter to the market and open your positions to make a profit but you should remember that trading contains always a risk and that's why you should always respect the money management.

i believe 1:200 or 1:400 is good enough leverage to start trading,
by this particular leverage, i am able to trade safely, do not take high risks, and trade with lots according to the equiy balance in my portfolio
but it completely depends on many factors ,,like
individual choice, balance in the account, risk to reward ratio, etc
so its upto you what leverage you want to choose
