The support and resistance levels are very best levels to trade where you can trade according to your strategy and catch some profit as well. A support level is a level where prices bounces upward after getting down and a resistance level is a level where these prices retraces towards down after getting a certain height on the trend. Try to follow the direction of the trend rather than going against the trend.
