Rules:
1. Look to FS30 in TF H4 to see trends
2. See FS30 and CCI on H1 or M30
for SELL: FS30 forming bearish V + CCI is above the 100 level
for BUY: FS30 forming V bullish + CCI is below the -100 level.
3. now now for his OP see k TCCI on H1 or M30
SELL: The FS30 forming the bearish V + CCI above the 100 + TCCI level is red
BUY: The FS30 is forming the bullish + CCI V below the blue -100 + TCCI level
