You can have as long as your goals are met and as long as you take advantage or stop you being hit, that's how long you can but when you have a negative swap in your account, every day the swap carries on negative numbers and that is why we all have to make sure we stand with good in the right direction.
we have a strong margin to hold floating. but I think it's not an effective trading strategy For example to me if my analysis is correct and I see that market trends will remain in the direction I summarize my position

Trading positions can remain open as long as possible, can also be hours, days, a week, a year or even years, we just have to make sure that they all win the trade because it doesn't make sense. to open trading for that long for losses.
It depends on yourself that how long to open a position. Many traders take risks for a long time and get huge money. but for this we waited a long time. but if we see profits then we close it prematurely. there is no limit to this. but one strategy that we must follow if we lose, we do not close the order because it gives you a loss. if you see a loss then this order gives you an advantage if we can't close it.

there is no limit to opening a position in forex trading, if we feel that we have gained enough profit, we can close trading positions, and if we get a loss and want to open a different position, it can be done anytime and in the trading business according to my knowledge of this business, which is the term currency trading but long-term trade in precious metals such as gold and silver as a long-term trade provides more advantages compared to short-term trading. Basically we look at market trends when our lot application is given profit at that time we have to close other wise which is a trend of loss.

If you trade for a short time then the time will be short and will continue to look for nursing and be careful. If you trade for a long time you will need a long analysis, it will be one day for more than one week. Auctions will give you more profit, it's good for big capital. as you want that how much time you want to open your position I think 3 days is enough to open a position You can take advantage of these three days and after that you get a new position with a Sl and TP that is better

It depends on our strategy whether we are long-term traders or short-term traders. If we have made orders in the long term, we can open our trade for days, weeks, months and even years. So, it depends on the trader strategy that how much he wants to get money. There is no time period like that because there are traders who stay open there are trading for 6 to 7 months they are long-term traders and also called showing their traders trading trends and making big pips in one trade but there are some traders who are scalpers and traders they remain open, they trade from day to day

There isn't any restriction for a trade being open . Since swap fee is charged so it doesn't matter for the broker . If the account is swap free then it will not hurt the trader as well . However few brokers mention it very clearly that a position can be opened for this period of time . If this is not mentioned you can remain open your trade for infinite period

I think, no problem. I also still have one position on the euro / usd since november last year. I still hold. because I believe, one day will surely rise again. difference, the account I have is swap free. most importantly, we are still a large margin.

I pence about this topic that every merchant have a time who does not delimit. For example for me if my analysis is right and I saw that the market trend will remain in the direction I have summarized my position I leave open until I win the favor I want and it can last 3 hours or more.
