Im trying to control my my mind when i make loss in my trading. By the word of the loss give me more pain and i cant go ahead. By the way trader can control their mind by take the tour with family which can satisfied mind
i think lose is the part of forex trading many time i earning the money in the forex trading and change market same trading in the lose and wash my account if your earning the money in the forex trading and accept the earning in the forex trading i also accept the lose in the forex trading because both part of forex trading lose and earning ,
forex ka business bahut jada risky hai yaha par bahut jada loss hota hai lekin trader ko apne mistakes se sikhne cahhiye yaha par trader ko khud hisikhna aur samjhna hota hai tabhi trader apne loss ko kam kar sakte hai.

In my thinking that you are face the loss in the forexmarket. You are do not disheartening. You are do not lose the thinking. You are try to under stand the market behavior. i think that the best thing you can do when you lose in your trade is to leave the market for one day.
of course for me It’s no double I feel so much regret for my own mistake and think why i open that trade . Sometime feel so angry and try to leave this business permanently but i can't leave . because i know this market is the number one profitable place . Forex business is full of every kind of modern business opportunity .
