well my friend, absolutely in forex trading I personally think that if you can't concentrate then how will you expect a good analysis over the market movement and how good will be result . So it will be better if you step out for a short time and motivate your mind and yourself .
So true, if you can not concentrate in forex, it is better to stay out completely, concentration means that you do good analysis of the market all the time, and get it right in the point of entry and exit all the time, once you master this then you are surely guaranteed of consistent profits all the time you trade in forex.

well, of course bro, absolutely I personally believe that we do not need to force ourself to trade everyday or everytime. if we can't concentrate because of sickness or busy time, then we do not need trade at the day. we can wait until we have a good time to trade. So we will not place our trading account in high risk
