concentrate is difficult to do if we got problem in our live
i got this trouble in many time and i screw my trading account and thats so bad that i made my account to going on margin call only because my emotion
and after i realize i have so big regret on it

teI think that we should stay out If we can not concentrate any trade.i think we should stay some rest and then trade more when we get concentrate.I think without concentrate we should not take risk in forex.
Yes concentration is very much important to make good market analysis and also concentration is very important during your trading..if some times you are too much busy then it's better for you not to trade in this time..
